lots of erasing

This is the second time I have attempted to draw this photo of myself taken in Scotland. I did the first one back in June & this one is definitely better. I have taken a photocopy of the photo below so it's in black & white.

I did map out the drawing more & used a 'scale' which really helped. I'm not really sure how to draw hair (especially blond hair) so I'll work on that. I do have this great book from the library that goes into that & I will be reading/practicing that as well as other items.
This certainly looks more like me than the last one.
