fake flowers

Yesterday I was watching YouTube videos on water colour painting. I found one video that I figured I could mimic quite easily so this is what I did yesterday.

It certainly was quite quick. I did not "doodle" like she did after I completed the water colour portion. I am a happy as it sits now. 

This was my desk yesterday as I did the painting. I was concerned about getting paint everywhere when I did the tapping of my brush so I put a cotton drop sheet down to cover not only my desk but also my chair.

I have been watching more videos so there will likely be more water colours in my future!
